I am Yasin Seiwasser, a mental and life coach, former German MMA champion, and founder of the Seiwasser method. Over the past 30 years, I’ve dedicated my life to mastering mind-body techniques, meditation, and mental training. What inspired Yasin Seiwasser to develop the Seiwasser method and its programs?
My inspiration came from my personal journey as an athlete and my passion for helping others find inner peace and strength. After experiencing the profound impact of mind-body alignment in my own life, I realized the potential to share these techniques with the world. I wanted to create a system that not only addressed physical and mental challenges but also enabled people to break through limitations and lead fulfilling lives. I was also inspired at the age of 14 by Dan Millman’s book, The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, which sparked my journey into the world of self-discovery and holistic growth.

Yes, absolutely. Mindfulness and ambition are not mutually exclusive. In fact, they complement each other. By being present and focused, you can channel your energy more effectively toward your goals. The key is to strike a balance, ensuring that your pursuit of success doesn’t come at the cost of your well-being. The Seiwasser method teaches this balance, enabling individuals to achieve greatness without losing their peace of mind.
